Chateau de Jau JAUJAU 1er

A very nice wooden gift box that contains three irresistibly tasty French red wines from the Chateau de Jau winery with a protected designation of origin. Year 2020.

They are made from a mixture of Syrah and Grenache Noir grape varieties. The grapes grew on slate black nutritious soil located on the coast in the Roussillon region. It was collected by hand, strictly sorted and stalked. It was then macerated for 4 weeks and finally matured for 12 months in French oak barrels.

The wines are the same, except for the labels on which there is Toucan, Eagle and Bison. It goes well with grilled red fish, beef and vegetables.
