Chateau de Jau JAUJAU 1er Discontinued

Very nice gift wooden box that contains three irresistibly delicious French red wines from the Chateau de Jau winery with a protected designation of origin. Vintage 2020.

They are made from a blend of grape varieties Syrah and Grenache Noir. The grapes grew on slate black fertile soil located on the coast in the Roussillon region. They were hand-picked, strictly sorted, and destemmed. They were then macerated for 4 weeks and finally aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

The wines are the same, except for the labels, which feature Toucan, Eagle, and Bison. They pair excellently with grilled red fish, beef, and vegetables.
