Description
Chateau de Jau Cotes du Roussillon Carte Ancienne is a fresh red French wine made from Syrah 40%, Grenache Noir 30%, Mourvèdre 20% and Carignan 10%. The vinification takes place at a controlled temperature with easy blowing.
Several months of maturation take place in French barriques and then in the vineyards. It comes from the famous Mediterranean region of Côtes du Roussillon. It goes well with grilled meat, vegetables, cheese and puree. It is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18 °C.
