Chateau de Jau AOP Côtes du Roussillon 2021

Chateau de Jau AOP Côtes du Roussillon 2021 is a fine red French wine made from grape varieties Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Carignan in a ratio of 50/30/20. The varieties grew on clay-limestone soil in the wine-growing region of Languedoc-Roussillon in a Mediterranean climate.

Various grape varieties are hand-picked at peak ripeness. They then undergo traditional vinification and maceration lasting 2 to 3 weeks. It ages in stainless steel tanks and the winery's cellars.

It pairs perfectly with cheeses, cold cuts, and grilled red meat. We recommend serving at a temperature of 18 °C. This is an organic wine.
