Description
Chateau de Jau AOP Côtes du Roussillon 2021 is a fine red French wine made from Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan grapes with a 50/30/20 ratio. The varieties grew on clay-limestone soil in the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region in a Mediterranean climate.
Different grape varieties that are harvested by hand at the peak of ripeness. Subsequently, they undergo traditional vinification and maceration lasting 2 to 3 weeks. It matures in stainless steel vats and wineries.
Perfect with cheese, cold cuts and grilled red meat. We recommend serving at 18°C.It is an organic wine.

Aroma: rich, red fruit, cherries, tannins
Taste: pleasant, hot and sour, currant, spicy
Finish: medium-length, red fruit, vanilla, plums
