Traditional Slovak drink Borovička enriched with the famous extract of the herb horec. Classic juniper flavor enhanced by the bitterness of the horec root. This spirit is produced in the Slovak city of Prešov, at the Prelika distillery. Borovička with Horec is blended from grain alcohol, juniper distillate, and horec extract.
It is said that horec has an excellent effect on digestion. From digestive issues, migraines to restoring appetite. Juniper is also attributed with excellent healing properties.
