Belvedere Vodka

The collectible Belvedere Vodka is a fantastic Polish vodka made from a single type of rye. It is distilled four times to achieve its great taste.

This limited edition was released to mark the release of the James Bond film.

Belvedere is made from 100 % Polish rye of the Dankowskie Złote/Diamond variety, sourced from local farmers with full traceability. After fermentation and preliminary distillation in agricultural plants, it undergoes precise quadruple column distillation in a distillery in Żyrardów. After distillation, it is passed through water from a local artesian spring, followed by double filtration – first through carbon, then through cellulose filters. This produces a pure distillate with 40 % ABV, without sugar or artificial additives.

Belvedere Original has a delicate aroma of fresh grain with hints of vanilla, creamy sweetness and subtle white pepper. On the palate, it has a smooth, velvety texture with a balance of subtle sweetness, natural spiciness and an almond undertone. The finish is long and clean with a slightly spicy accent of black pepper or chopped green pepper.
