Aultmore

Aultmore Distillery was founded in 1897 by Alexander Edward, one of Scotland's most famous distillers, at the height of the whisky boom at the end of the Victorian era. Aultmore's single malt whisky was supplied to the great blending companies, who took a liking to it, leading to the success of the distillery, which gained great admiration for the finesse of its spirit. In fact, its characteristics are so fine and balanced that it soon became one of the few single malt whiskies to be rated 'Top Class' by industry experts.
