Armand de Brignac Brut Gold
Champagne Armand de Brignac Brut Gold is the most famous cuvée in its category. It is made from three well-known grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from the Montagne de Reims, Cote des Blancs, and Vallee de la Marne. The result is a lively cuvée with a fresh fruit character and a soft texture.
The bottle is filled with a subtle Brut level (dryness), which adds freshness and elegance to the champagne.
The aroma reveals notes of ripe apples, peaches, lightly candied citrus (orange peel, lemon juice), complemented by aromas of toasted bread, vanilla, and honey. There are also hints of sweet bread (brioche), flowers, and buttery croissant.
The taste is rich, with fresh acidity, a delicate creamy body (the bubbles are fine and persistent), a combination of fruit (peach, pear) and citrus elements, and a touch of honey and vanilla on the finish.
We recommend serving ideally chilled to 8 - 12 °C, in a champagne glass (flute or wider tulip) to enhance elements like effervescence, fruit notes, and aromas. Excellent as an aperitif, also suitable for luxurious dishes - e.g., seafood specialties, caviar, delicate fish, or roasted poultry.
