Alkkemist gin is based on triple-distilled grain spirit, to which 21 botanicals are added. The most interesting ingredient is the Muscat grape variety along with orange and lemon peels, rose petals, fennel, thyme, and mint. Alkkemist is distilled under moonlight.
Aroma: lemon peel, lavender, apple blossom, hint of fennel.
Taste: sweet fruity notes in the foreground gently give way to floral aroma, clove, juniper, and cinnamon.
Finish: gentle salinity complemented by orange sweetness.
