A.H. Riise 1838 Bitter was first made on the island of St. Thomas in 1838. In the past, bitters were used to treat humans and animals for various diseases.
This rum is made according to the original recipe from 1838 and in honor of the story of the first pharmacy, which was owned by A.H. Riise. Contains extracts of spices, herbs and flowers. It will keep you warm during the cold day! Great with hot white tea.
