Limited edition 4-year-old Dutch rum That Boutique-y Rum Company Batch 1 from the distillery Zuidam. The rum was distilled using Pot Still.
It then aged in ex-wine Pedro Ximénez casks. This is the first-ever rum from the Netherlands and indeed from Central Europe by That Boutique-y Rum Company. The distillery is of very high quality and pays attention to detail both during production and distillation.
Color: brown with burgundy highlights
Aroma: salty, fruit, spice, cinnamon, ginger, pineapple, orange
Taste: ginger, mango, jam, flowers, rose
Finish: baked pineapple, cinnamon, baking spices
