Unlike distillates, which are made directly from fermented fruit, spirits have a smoother and sweeter taste, often with a characteristic aroma of fruit or spices.

How they are made

Spirits are produced using the so-called cold method – that is, by mixing drinking alcohol with additives that provide aroma, color, and flavor.

Typical varieties include apricot, plum, pear, or herbal options, which have found their place at celebrations, in bars, and during family toasts.
