Sierra Milenario Reposado

It is a 100% selected, super premium Agave tequila Millennial. It has a golden amber color, its aroma is round and deep with tones of honey, agave juice, vanilla and a slight hint of caramel. In the mouth it is decadent, smooth, with a soft to medium-bodied body, with a taste for caramel, roasted ripe tropical fruit and brown pepper.

What is its charm?
Raw materials for the production of Sierra Milenario Extra Aňejo 100% Agave Tequila undergo a three-fold selection process at the Sierra Unidas distillery in Mexico. The juice for this tequila comes from the first fine leaves of 12-year-old blue agave. The beverage is made by double distillation at low temperatures in traditional copper distillation equipment. It matures by the open ripening method in oak barrels for at least 4 years, although the legislation for this class of tequila states min. maturation period 3 years. The perfection of this tequila is added by the fact that it matures stored at a high altitude (Guadalachara), which significantly speeds up the ripening process and thus a better combination of flavors.
