Schloss Raggendorf Grüner Veltliner Sparkling Alcohol Free is a fresh Austrian de-alcoholized sparkling wine made from the variety Grüner Veltliner (Veltlin Green), which is one of the most typical white varieties of Austria. It is intended for those who want to enjoy a sparkling wine experience without alcohol, while also seeking freshness, fruitiness, and an elegant character.
The wine undergoes gentle de-alcoholization, which allows it to retain its typical varietal expression and light, fruity style. Aromas and flavors of citrus, apples, yellow fruits, pineapple, rhubarb, and delicate honey emerge, complemented by refreshing acidity and fine bubbles. The result is a pleasantly drinkable sparkling wine with a lightly sweeter, fruity character.
Due to its non-alcoholic style, it is suitable as an aperitif, for celebrations, toasts, summer gatherings, or as an alternative to sparkling wine and prosecco. It is best enjoyed well chilled, around 8 – 9 °C, and pairs well with light desserts, fruit, delicate appetizers, or fish.
