This is an eight-year-old dark rum from Panama, handcrafted by master distiller Don Pancho Fernandez. We tried this rum and must say it truly impressed us.
Aroma: Fresh tropical fruits with a proper dose of spices and dried fruits, accompanied by a pleasant hint of sugarcane, reminiscent of a meeting between El Dorado 12 and Havana Club Anejo Blanco rums.
Taste: Not overly sweet, but with a sufficiently intense flavor of fruit and oak. Enhanced by spices and dried fruits from the aroma to an elegant and refined mild taste. This is truly a genuine rum.
Finish: Appropriately long aftertaste of oak spices with an amazing clean break providing a refreshing taste of fresh sugarcane.
