R.Hill Alpine

R. Hill Alpský is a unique Czech spirit with an alcohol content of 79,5 %, combining a rum base with notes of mountain herbs – a strong yet surprisingly smooth and refreshing distillate.

This alpine speciality is produced by the traditional Czech company Hill's Liquere, known for its original spirits and flavoured alcohols. The production process involves a combination of high-quality rum-based spirit and maceration of selected mountain herbs. The high alcohol content (almost 80 %) ensures intensity and distinct purity, while the producer takes care to ensure that the resulting flavour remains balanced and non-aggressive.

Unlike classic rums or spirits, R. Hill Alpský is not subject to long-term barrel ageing. Its character is mainly determined by the combination of a rum base and herbal aromatics. It is this approach that guarantees freshness, purity and an immediate herbal expression in every sip.

R. Hill Alpský has a clear, colourless appearance and offers a combination of a strong, warming alcoholic attack with a surprisingly delicate flavour, blending notes of mountain herbs, the sweetness of the rum base and a slight spiciness. Despite its 79,5 % alcohol content, it is smooth and balanced on the tongue. This spirit is traditionally served well chilled, often neat in small glasses, or used as a distinctive ingredient in mixed drinks. It is also excellent for flambéing or as a strong digestif after a meal.
