Pusser's

Pusser’s is a legendary rum that is inextricably linked to the history of the British Royal Navy. The name “Pusser’s” comes from the word purser – that was the name of the ship’s officer who was in charge of distributing rum to sailors. This custom was followed for more than 300 years, until 1970, when the “rum ration” (daily rum ration) was finally abolished.

Pusser’s rum is made according to the original Royal Navy recipe from a blend of Caribbean rums that are matured in oak barrels. It is typical for its rich, full and spicy taste with notes of molasses, dried fruit, cocoa, vanilla and a soft smoky finish. Due to its authentic strength and character, it is often referred to as a "true sailor's rum".

Interestingly, a portion of the profits from the sale of Pusser's rum goes to charities supporting sailors and their families. In this way, the brand continues its historical tradition and at the same time contributes to its preservation for future generations.
