The variety Rulandské šedé gives this exceptional wine its characteristic light yellow color and a full range of fruity aromas, such as the scent of buttery pear or vineyard peach. In the full taste, you can feel spicy pear, dried banana with an almond aftertaste.
Acid content in the wine: 7.3 g/l. Sugar content in the wine: 5.4 g/l. Sugar level at harvest: 23.5 °NM. We recommend serving it with various fruit desserts and chicken dishes.
