Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel Extra Brut

Piper Heidsieck Essentiel Extra Brut is an exceptional, energetic, and fresh champagne that showcases the firm and convincing essence of the Piper-Heidsieck brand, one of the most renowned and acclaimed producers in the Champagne region of the world. It is created from a blend of Pinot Noir, fruity Pinot Meunier, and elegant Chardonnay.

Four years of aging have given the Essentiel range a subtle charm, which is also reflected in the regular rise of fine bubbles in the glass.

When Florens-Louis Heidsieck created his first vintage in 1785, he did so for his lifelong love Agathe Perthois. Piper-Heidsieck has kept his memory alive for more than two centuries, combining ambition with craftsmanship, passion, and the character of those who founded the Piper legend.

The color is clear and golden with fine, velvety bubbles. It is full of typical fruity aromas of champagne such as fresh citrus notes, crisp apples, pears, and almonds. The taste is rich and structured. On the palate, notes of fruitcake, pear and nuts blend with an excellent sense of sweetness, thanks to the long aging this wine has enjoyed. The long finish is fresh and citrusy.

Excellent as an aperitif. We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 to 10 °C.
