Description
It is made from a selection of more than 30 malt and grain whiskies, which age from 5 to 8 years, are blended, and then aged for three years in sherry casks in Scotland. This whisky is then sent to Jerez, where it ages for a year in Pedro Ximénez casks before bottling. Richard Paterson and the master distiller of the producer Gonzalez Byass, Antonio Flores, experimented with various sherry casks, including Oloroso and Fino, but ultimately chose Pedro Ximénez casks for this seductive expression. Nomad Outland whisky is a blended whisky from renowned master distiller Richard Paterson and the sherry production experts at Gonzalez Byass.
