This green-yellow wine surprises with herbal notes of freshly cut grass and young elderflower leaves in the aroma. The taste features gooseberries, white peach with a finish of matcha green tea.
We recommend serving it with goat cheese, leafy salad, and white meat. It is best served chilled at a temperature of 8 to 10 °C.
