Wine with a protected designation of origin, quality with the attribute late harvest, white, dry from the Matyšák Prestige series. Variety Sauvignon, vintage 2022, Lesser Carpathian wine-growing region - Hlohovec, Šomoď hunt.
The wine of green-yellow colour surprises already in the aroma of herbal sensation of cut grass and young elderberry leaves. On the palate, gooseberries, white peach with an aftertaste of green matcha tea.
We recommend serving with goat cheese, leaf salad and white meat. The wine should be served chilled at a temperature of 8 to 10 °C.
