Marsen Aróniovica Nero

Marsen Aronia of the Nero variety is an exceptional varietal fruit distillate from the limited production of Marsen Distillery in Marcelová.

The base is aronia of the Nero variety, and the philosophy of Marsen's varietal distillates is to preserve the truest character of the specific fruit and its variety. No added aromatic substances or colorants are used in their production.

Marsen works with smaller production batches and monitors quality from the selection and harvesting of the fruit through controlled fermentation to the distillation itself. The result is a pure fruit distillate that highlights the unique character of the Nero aronia.

This Limited Edition from the 2025 vintage was filled into only 450 numbered bottles. It is bottled at the characteristic strength of Marsen's varietal distillates 42.3% alcohol.

Due to the small production and unconventional raw material, Aronia Nero is an interesting choice not only for tasting but also as a gift for lovers of Slovak craft distillates.

Recommended Serving

Serve neat at a temperature of approximately 16 – 18 °C in a smaller tasting glass. Do not drink the distillate too chilled – a slightly higher temperature will allow its fruity aroma to shine through better.
