Description
Le Jaja de Jau Syrah Roughe is a French red wine made from 100 % Syrah grapes, which comes from the IGP Pays d’Oc wine region, France. It matured in stainless steel vats and was later bottled in the winery's cellar. The vinification took place at a low temperature in order to preserve the fruit tones as much as possible.
Jau wines are the flagship wines with a strong Mediterranean character without fads and cartoons. These are wines in which freshness, fruitiness and harmony win.
Great for picnics, roast chicken, cheese and cold cuts.
Color: amber with dark highlights
Aroma: deep, lively, black, black currant
Taste: grapes, tannins, red fruit, licorice
Finish: medium long, minerals, flowers, herbs, violets, pralines
