Las Niñas Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot

Las Niñas Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot is a red 100 % organic wine made from a grape variety with a ratio of Sauvignon 80 % and Merlot 20 %. It comes from the Apalta wine region, Chile. The grapes for its production were carefully harvested during the early morning hours in order to maintain its fruitiness and freshness.

The wine underwent a traditional vinification, which diversified the freshness of Sauvignon and the softness of Merlot. It then underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation and matured in 20 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.

It goes well with Deer Goulash, dried cheese, ham and blueberry dessert.
