Koval Rye Whiskey

Koval Rye is an American whiskey 100% made from rye grown by local farmers. It is labeled as single barrel, meaning it aged in only one new oak barrel from Minnesota, from which it was bottled.

Sustainably sourced from the Midwest USA, this fresh and light whiskey offers a refreshing mildly spicy flavor with notes of grain, cloves, and cookies. It pairs perfectly in various cocktails like Manhattan, Sazerac, or Scofflaw, where its spiciness balances the sweetness of the other ingredients.

We recommend serving it neat or with a cube of ice. The whiskey comes in minimalist bottles with a volume of 0.5 l, sealed with a cork stopper.
