Koval Millet Whiskey 0,5l

Koval Millet is an organic single barrel American whiskey made from 100 % locally sourced millet. Millet is not often used to make whiskey because it is more difficult to distill.

In the distillery, they adapted the distillation equipment for several decades to achieve a 100% result. Koval is the first distillery in Chicago that was established after the prohibition of the production, sale and distribution of alcohol in the USA after 1932.

Aged for an unknown amount of time in new Minnesota oak barrels, it is made without added dyes. There may be sediment in whiskey, but it is not a defect of the product and is safe for the body.
