Kavalero
Kavalero is a premium coffee liqueur, created with a passion for quality coffee and artisanal processing. Its story begins with the selection of top-quality Arabica beans, followed by meticulous maceration and a gentle sweet touch, resulting in a harmonious combination of intense flavor and velvety texture.
The base is 100% Arabica from verified plantations in Brazil and Peru, roasted and ground directly in Slovakia in collaboration with the roastery MLSNACAVA. Fresh beans are macerated in high-quality spirit at a stable temperature for several days – creating a strong, concentrated macerate with full body and rich aroma.
After filtration, sugar is added to achieve velvety sweetness, and the product is then allowed to rest in stainless steel tanks to perfectly harmonize the flavors.
Kavalero offers a deep body with gentle acidity and fruity notes coming from the Arabica. The aroma is intense and coffee-rich, the texture velvety, with an excellent balance between bitter and sweet sugar. It is great on ice, neat, or as a base in cocktails like Espresso Martini, White Russian, or Kavalero Tonic.
Kavalero is a new addition to the portfolio of the distillery KARLOFF – a family brand with a twenty-year tradition of maceration. It was officially launched at the Two Coffee Champs event on May 30, 2025. This collaboration with the roastery MLSNACAVA has brought a strong local story, supported by careful selection of ingredients and an authentic approach to production.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 25% with a volume of 0.7 l.
