Description

Kavalero is a premium coffee liqueur created with a passion for quality coffee and craftsmanship. Its story begins with the selection of premium Arabica beans, followed by careful maceration and a delicate sweet touch to create a harmonious combination of intense flavour and velvety texture.

The base is 100 % Arabica from verified plantations in Brazil and Peru, roasted and ground directly in Slovakia in cooperation with the MLSNACAVA roastery. The fresh beans are macerated in high-quality alcohol at a stable temperature for several days, creating a strong, concentrated macerate with a full body and rich aroma.

After filtration, sugar is added to achieve a velvety sweetness, and the product is then left to mature in stainless steel tanks so that the flavours can harmonise perfectly.

Kavalero has a deep body with a subtle acidity and fruity notes from Arabica. The aroma is intense and rich in coffee, the texture is velvety, with an excellent balance between bitterness and sugar sweetness. It is great on ice, neat, or as a base in cocktails such as Espresso Martini, White Russian or Kavalero Tonic.

Kavalero is a new addition to the portfolio of distillery KARLOFF – a family brand with a twenty-year tradition of maceration. It was officially launched at the Two Coffee Champs event on 30 May 2025. This collaboration with the MLSNACAVA roastery has resulted in a strong local story, supported by careful selection of ingredients and an authentic approach to production.

The bottles are filled with 25 % alcohol and have a volume of 0,7 l.

Jon Rye Wanted – whiskey that breaks with tradition
A new product has appeared on the Slovak market that is not afraid to go against the grain. Jon Rye Wanted is a brand new whiskey that does not try to compete with Scottish or Irish legends with their history and myths. Instead of endless stories about pedigree and old barrels, it brings something bolder – a pure taste and a rebellious attitude. How did it actually come about? The idea of…
