It is made from a mixture of English gin (along with juniper, coriander, angelica, yuzu and Japanese cherry blossom) and sake, which brings a luxurious creamy feeling and a delicate impressive sweetness to its taste profile. Jinzu Gin was created (and won!) By Bristol bartender Dee Davies for Diageo's Show Your Spirit.
