It is made from a blend of English gin (along with juniper, coriander, angelica, yuzu, and Japanese cherry blossom) and sake, which adds a luxurious creamy feel and a subtle impressive sweetness to its flavor profile. Jinzu Gin was created (and won!) for the Diageo's Show Your Spirit competition by Bristol bartender Dee Davies.
