Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel 100 Proof is a premium Tennessee whiskey from each selected barrel of a single distillery, bottled at a strength of 50% ABV (100 proof) – offering a richer, bolder, and more complex flavor profile.

This bolder variant of Single Barrel whiskey is bottled from individual barrels personally selected by the distillery director – each barrel has its number and brings a unique character.

The whiskey underwent a traditional production process at the distillery in Lynchburg (Tennessee, USA), including filtering through maple charcoal (“Lincoln County Process”) and aging in new oak barrels.

In the aroma, you can expect a rich sweetness of vanilla, caramel, and apricot, complemented by notes of oak and gentle spice. On the palate, it presents a full, robust texture with notes of caramel, vanilla, rich chocolate, dried fruit, and oak spice. The finish is long, warm, and with a subtle bitterness of oak or a residual spicy trace.

We recommend serving it neat at room temperature or with one large ice cube, to gradually open up the concentrations of flavors and aromas. For premium whiskey lovers, tasting without adding water or ice is also suitable, to fully highlight the character of this barrel selection.
