Fifth edition of the Jack Daniel's Master Distiller Series. It was released in honor of master distiller Frank Bobo, who was the head distiller of Jack Daniel's from 1966 to 1988 and oversaw the rapid rise in popularity of the world-famous whiskey.
Aroma: light with hints of dried spices and oily nuts, a touch of smoke.
Taste: smooth and delicate with notes of banana milk, nuts, a hint of caramel, and crème anglaise.
Finish: sweet and bitter at the same time. Sweet from the grain and bitter from the oak wood in which the whiskey matured.
