Gunroom London Dry Gin
Gunroom London Dry Gin is a dry gin produced by distilling in copper pot stills in accordance with the principles of making authentic London Dry Gin, where no other ingredients than natural ingredients and water may be used.
Gunroom Navy Gin is made from 12 ingredients reflecting the style of gins from the 19th century. It contains an extra dose of juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, sweet orange peel, licorice, savory, cinnamon, cinnamon bark, almonds, and nutmeg.
Gin aged 45-60 days in whisky barrels. This aging process in wooden barrels was inspired by gins from the 19th century when glass bottles were considered luxurious, fragile, and unsuitable for long transport from Britain to India. This historically inspired barrel aging gives it an elegantly light, rounded finish and sweet notes of vanilla from the oak wood that harmonize with the orange peel and spices in its composition.
Aroma and taste: vanilla, oak wood, juniper, orange peel, spices
