The wine is produced through red vinification. Bunches from different vineyards are first vinified separately, and then the resulting wine is blended at the end of the fermentation process and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Color: ruby red with a purple hue
Aroma: intense with notes of red fruit
Taste: solid body, fully harmonious, and long-lasting on the palate
It pairs excellently with first course dishes, meat, and medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 17 - 19 °C.
