Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry is an extra dry prosecco (white sparkling wine) with a controlled and protected origin. It is made from the best clusters of Glera grapes from the Aria Valentina vineyard ( Veneto wine region - mountainous part of the Montello and Asolo mountains, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy). It goes well as an aperitif, but also with food. It is a good choice for any important event.
Beading : Moderately volatile, fine and persistent
Color : light straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet : intense and fruity with tones of yellow apples and lemons, floral tones of wisteria and agate flowers
Taste : fresh, well structured, pleasantly harmonious on the tongue with a well-balanced sweetness
