Gin Mare

It is said that Gin Mare embodies the heart of the entire Mediterranean in a bottle . It is produced using old traditional methods in a distillery hidden in a 13th-century chapel, in an old fishing village between the Costa Dorada and the Costa Brava .

Each bottle of Gin Mare is unique. The degree of acidity of the key ingredient - arbequina olives, changes every year and each distillation is a unique culinary work . The taste profile of Gin Mare is based on juniper, coriander and green cardamom together with botanical gems of the Mediterranean coast - basil from Italy, rosemary from Greece, thyme from Turkey, Spanish olives arbequin and citrus from Valencia and Seville.
