If the product is in stock and your order appears in the system by 1:00 PM, we will ship it the same day. Each item includes information about its availability (e.g., "in stock", "sold out").
We will do everything to accommodate you. Please specify your special requests in the order notes or call us.
If your order has been shipped for more than 2 business days, the most likely scenario is that the carrier was unable to reach you at the delivery address and could not contact you. In the email, we send you tracking codes to check the status of your shipment. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact us at info@svetnapojov.sk.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your order receipt. The confirmation email may be sorted into the promotions, spam or trash folders in your inbox, so we recommend checking these folders as well.
It is possible, call us at (0901 720 720) so we can reserve the requested quantity for you in stock.
If you order with the option for in-store pickup, we strive to prepare your order for pickup as quickly as possible. Products in stock are from the central warehouse in Trstená. The products you ordered will be ready within 24 to a maximum of 72 hours. Prepared orders for pickup must be collected within 5 business days from the notification sent via email or SMS.
You can pay for your order using any of the methods listed below. All payment methods are free of charge!
