Seaside is a mildly sweet, mineral gin that is made from botany grown on the beaches around Edinburgh. Great for cocktails or long drinks such as Gin & Tonic, Martini, Gimlet and Hanky Panky. But if you still decide to taste it clean, try a pinch of salt.
