Dodd's Gin

Dodd's Gin is the first gin produced by the London Distillery Company in London. It has been on the market since 2012. It was named after Ralph Dodd, who in 1807 planned to build a distillery in London. Unfortunately, however, Ralph's dream fell apart, as did the number of bridges and tunnels he designed.

Gin itself is made exclusively from organic plants, including juniper, angelica, fresh lime peel, cardamom, red raspberry leaves, laurel and honey.

Aroma: juniper, laurel, fresh lime peel, raspberries, tones of jasmine and cardamom.
Taste: juniper, juniper, hint of honey, fresh lime.
Conclusion: long, dry with a hint of lime.
