Description
Dodd's Gin is the first gin produced by the London Distillery Company in London. It has been on the market since 2012. It is named after Ralph Dodd, who planned to build a distillery in London in 1807. Unfortunately, Ralph's dream fell apart, much like many of the bridges and tunnels he designed.
The gin itself is made exclusively from organic botanicals, including juniper, angelica, fresh lime peel, cardamom, raspberry leaves, bay leaf, and honey.
Aroma: juniper, bay leaf, fresh lime peel, raspberries, notes of jasmine and cardamom.
Taste: juniper, gin, hint of honey, fresh lime.
Finish: long, dry with a lime aftertaste.
