Distil No9 Vodka

Ukrainian Distil No9 Vodka is produced in small batches of 9,999 bottles. It is the result of research into Ukrainian distilling traditions conducted by the Master Distiller of S&L. After conducting a large number of batches, Distillation No. 9 has truly exceptional results. The distillery is located in the historic Ukrainian city of Lviv, near the Polish border.

The vodka from Staritsky & Levitsky is distilled 5 times to achieve the purest taste possible. This is followed by a purification process that occurs 2 times through young birch charcoal and 2 times through amber. The distillate is blended with crystal clear water, and through all these processes, it acquires a smooth and balanced flavor.

The vodka has an alcohol content of 40% and its light taste is ideal for serving neat with a cube of ice. However, we also recommend it in cocktails such as Martini or Cosmopolitan.
