This Calvados comes from the Pays d'Auge region in the heart of Normandy. The apples from which it is distilled are the best and highest quality in the whole wide area. Calvados is distilled twice in small copper boilers just like cognac. The distillate then matures at a constant temperature of 12 to 14 ° C in oak barrels in cellars. It is a fine alcohol with a strong apple taste.
