Chateau de Jau Côtes du Roussillon Rose 2021

Chateau de Jau Côtes du Roussillon Rose is a silky pink French wine made from Syrah, Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre grapes with a 50/25/25 ratio. The varieties grew on clay-limestone soil in the Languedoc-Roussillon wine-growing region.

Each variety was harvested early in the morning and then pressed directly to obtain an airy fine wine. Three grape varieties ferment separately in stainless steel containers at low temperature. After 2 months of maturation, the wine was blended and bottled.

We recommend serving with grilled fish, vegetables or any dish from Mediterranean cuisine. This is an Organic wine from the year 2021!
