Cava is an iconic sparkling wine from Spain that boasts a unique character and traditional production method known as the champenoise method or traditional method. This method is the same as that used to produce champagne, making Cava a unique experience on par with the world's finest sparkling wines.

Cava comes mainly from the Penedès region of Catalonia, with the village of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia being the most famous centre of production. Local grape varieties such as Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada are used to produce Cava, forming the basis of its unique flavour. After secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine acquires a delicate effervescence and complex aromatic notes.

Cava offers a wide range of flavours, from fresh citrus notes to ripe fruit and subtle hints of brioche and nuts. It is available in different styles, from dry (Brut Nature) to sweeter (Semi-Seco and Dulce), so everyone can find their favourite.
