Carl Jung Shiraz Discontinued
Excellent red non-alcoholic wine from the winery Carl Young. This table wine from the Shiraz variety exhibits a pronounced red color, flavors of chocolate, and a pleasant tannin structure. Simply a typical Shiraz. Except that it is completely alcohol-free.
The Shiraz variety can be compared to the Cabernet Sauvignon variety - the berries are similarly small with a thick skin. Syrah also requires a lot of sunlight to ripen, but has juicier fruit and is much better for producing pure wines. Those who enjoy a good Shiraz will appreciate this non-alcoholic alternative.
We recommend serving chilled at 8-10 °C with meat or in combination with pasta.
