Cane Island Thailand 5 Year Old

An unusual selection of 5-year-old rum for the Cane Island collection, which originates from Thailand. Rum is made from molasses from pressed sugar cane. It was distilled using a Column Still at an Secret Distillery.

It matured for 5 years in American ex-bourbon white oak barrels, thanks to which it acquired a pleasantly bitter-sweet taste with notes of vanilla, oak, spices and tobacco. At the end, the rum was filled into bottles with 43 % alcohol content, which were then closed with a cork.

The Cane Island Collection collects and bottles exceptional rums from around the world. We recommend serving slightly chilled or with an ice cube. It also goes well with various cocktails and mixed drinks.
