Almave Humo Non-Alcoholic Espadin Agave Spirit is designed to capture the essence of traditional Mexican mezcal, including the process of pit-roasting agave on volcanic stones and using native Espadin agave from the volcanic regions near the Popocatépetl volcano in Puebla.

Although fermentation is omitted and alcohol production is not confirmed, Humo retains its complex profile, typical smoky, mineral and earthy-spicy character. On the nose, you will smell roasted agave, mineral smoke and a subtle hint of black smoky fruit or charcoal.
On the palate, this non-alcoholic spirits is earthy and herbal, with notes of warm spice, the subtle sweetness of piloncillo (cane sugar), a dry smoky impression, and an earthy structure.
The finish is distinctly smoky, dry, earthy, with a robust character, ideal for sipping on its own in the afternoon or evening, or as an ingredient in complex non-alcoholic cocktails.
