What is better than good food? After all, good food, before which you can have an even better drink. The aperitif has a rich tradition in dining and is used precisely because it increases the secretion of gastric juices and thus evokes appetite. They are usually drunk in small quantities before meals, but many like to have a "cup" even after a meal, or just when they feel like a good aperitif.
