Alexander Bianca Grappa is produced through the careful selection of healthy and fresh grape pomace from vineyards in north-eastern Italy. These pomace are stored with an emphasis on preserving their quality. The grappa itself is produced during three distillation phases at different temperatures, using traditional distillation in copper alembics heated in a water bath, which ensures delicacy and protection of the aromas.

The taste is pleasant, strong, elegant and balanced, with a persistent fruity aroma that lingers. The aroma is intense and strong, characterised by purity, fresh and fruity hints of berries, floral tones and a delicate, mild hint of dried fruit on the finish.
