Akori Gin sounds Japanese, but it is a Spanish distilled gin inspired by Japan. It is distilled and produced in Barcelona at the Campeny Destilerias.

Dragon fruit (a cactus native to the Americas that has now naturalized worldwide) is added to the rice distillate along with kumquats and ginger root. The revealed botanical elements and rice base draw inspiration from Japan.
