Liehovar Ailsa Bay is a lowland whisky distillery located in South Ayrshire, Scotland. The distillery is owned by William Grant & Sons.

Ailsa Bay Malt Whisky Distillery was built to meet their malt whisky needs for their blended whiskies.

Ailsa Bay is situated in the lowlands on the banks of the River Clyde, overlooking Ailsa Craig, Kintyre, and Arran. However, a wide range of styles is produced in its eight stills. This flexibility is intentional, as the distillery was built to replace "Balvenie-type" malt for Grant's blend and also offer other flavor options. Given this, it is not surprising that the stills are shaped the same as those at the Balvenie distillery.

Four different whisky characters emerge: estery, nutty, fruity, and heavily peaty.
