The GlenAllachie Single Cask 2007 15 Year Old Batch 6

The GlenAllachie Single Cask 2007 15 Year Old Batch 6 is a premium sixth expression of single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside region. It is a limited edition of 705 whiskies, specially crafted for Europe and personally selected by Billy Walker.

Billy, known for his expertise in sherry cask maturation, hand selected this Oloroso Puncheon cask number #800179 for bottling. A drier style of Sherry from Jerez, a city in the Spanish province of Cadiz, Oloroso offers nuttier flavors with dried fruit and warm spice.

This particular Puncheon has added notes of toasted walnuts, dark chocolate cake and winter spices to the 15-year-old spirit that's in it.

At 58,8%, unchill-filtered and natural in colour, this spirit comes in minimalist grey and black gift packs.
