São Lourenço is a winery located in the Bairrada wine region, in the village of São Lourenço do Bairro in Portugal, belonging to the group Fladgate Still & Sparkling Wines (formerly Ideal Drinks). It focuses primarily on the production of premium sparkling wines using the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle).

The vineyards are situated on karst limestone soil with exceptional terroir, the soil is rich in calcium, and the vines are planted at a density of up to 6,172 vines per hectare. (This involves 61 ha of vineyards).

The history of the vineyard dates back to the beginning of the 19th century and the property was owned by well-known Portuguese personalities before this period.

The Colinas de São Lourenço brand represents excellent quality of local Portuguese sparkling production, which combines traditional methods (méthode traditionnelle), the regional characteristics of Bairrada terroir, and the expertise of award-winning wines.
