Safari Liqueur is an exotic fruit liqueur that was originally produced in the Netherlands by Diageo. In July 2024, however, Diageo sold this brand to the Portuguese company Casa Redondo, which specializes in the production and distribution of alcoholic beverages.

Casa Redondo is a family-owned company based in Portugal, engaged in the production and distribution of alcoholic beverages. After acquiring the Safari brand, Casa Redondo plans to expand its presence in the global market and appeal to younger consumers.

Casa Redondo, founded in 1940 by José Carranca Redondo, is known for its flagship brand Licor Beirão. It is the third generation of a family business that, in addition to Safari, owns brands such as Aperitivo Per Se, Amarguinha, and FoxTale Gin. Following the acquisition of Safari, the brand underwent a revitalization at the BCB Berlin fair (2024) with the slogan "Stay Wild" and aims to reach a younger audience.

Safari Liqueur is known for its sweet and fruity flavor, combining mango, papaya, passion fruit, lime, and lemon.
